Why NovaRise Africa exists.
Too many exceptional tertiary students across Africa were doing outstanding work with no platform to be seen, mentored, or connected to opportunity. TSELA the Tertiary Students Excellence & Leadership Awards became our answer: a rigorously judged platform recognising real achievement across nearly fifty categories. It has since grown into a broader movement, connecting outstanding students with mentorship and opportunity, and connecting institutions and sponsors with the continent's most driven emerging talent.
A thriving Africa powered by exceptional leaders and innovators.
To discover, celebrate and develop Africa's next generation of changemakers.
Excellence, integrity, innovation, inclusion, impact.
